New features and updates
Check Report updated to include Right to Work checks
The Check Report drop-down now includes a separate option to view Right to Work (RTW) checks. This gives you a single, consolidated view of compliance activity and helps demonstrate due diligence during audits and reviews.
Veremark background check reports
The timeframe for users to access and download Veremark background check reports has now been extended to 90 days, providing a more comfortable window and lowering the risk of missing critical documentation.
Images uploaded to candidate surveys and referee questionnaires
To reduce back-and-forth and keep your reference process moving without unnecessary delays, we've provided clearer guidance to help candidates and referees submit the right files the first time.
The wording around uploading images to candidate surveys and referee questionnaires has been updated to state that any images uploaded are limited to PDF, DOC, JPG and PNG file types only, and that each file must be less than 5MB in size.

Share code reports now accessible via integrations
To ensure consistency around how reports are accessed, the UK Share Code report PDF now flows through to integrations.
Other updates
- Ability to override company details in PDF report footers: The recruiters specific contact details can now be hidden from referee reports, while still being shown on candidate and referee pages.
- Updated placeholders in email templates: Referee reminder and reference request email templates have been updated with new placeholders..
