April Product Release Notes

This month we’ve been focused on giving you more control over how your brand shows up to candidates and referees, keeping your team better informed on check validity and making sure your integrations work even more smoothly.

New features and updates

Custom Domains now available

The Custom Domains feature lets you send all Referoo product emails, including notifications, reference requests and candidate communications, from your own domain (for example, hello@yourcompany.com) instead of the default Referoo address. Any replies are received by the same email address; however, you can also enter an alternate Reply-To address to help manage your response emails.

Setting up a custom domain means every message your candidates and referees receive will look and feel like it came directly from your organisation. It’s a simple way to strengthen your brand and build trust throughout the hiring process.

Please note: This functionality is available exclusively to Referoo Hub clients. If you are not currently a Referoo Hub client and would like to find out more, please reach out to your Referoo Account Manager.

Check expiry dates now included in user notifications

Notifications sent to you and your team about completed checks now include the expiry date of the check, giving you clearer compliance and validity information.

Other updates

  • The Bullhorn integration has been updated so that credentials that are automatically uploaded are now marked as ‘Approved’. Users can also choose from other available statuses such as ‘Current’ and ‘Completed’.

That’s a wrap for this month!
We will be back next month with the latest updates and improvements.
