May Product Release Notes

May is all about accuracy and clarity. This month we’ve focused on updating our platform to improve the reliability of information your team sees day-to-day. Here’s what’s changed:

  • Data retention notification for completed references and surveys: Emails relating to completed reference checks and survey completions no longer include an expiry date, as no expiry applies to these result types.

  • Updated NCC Right to Work (RTW) report expiry: The NCC RTW report expiry has been corrected to ensure users can access the report within the full 90-day window.

  • Referee Decline section removed from candidate profile: The ‘Decline’ section shown in the Referee tab of a candidate’s profile has been removed.

Friendly reminder!

Packages allow you to bundle multiple Referoo checks and features together into a single, streamlined workflow.

Instead of selecting individual checks or settings for each candidate, users can simply choose from one Package dropdown to automatically apply all required screening and configuration options, making setup faster, easier and more consistent.

Packages can also support compliance and governance requirements by ensuring certain checks, workflows or features are grouped appropriately and applied consistently across your organisation.

Packages are particularly useful for organisations using:

  • multiple brands
  • custom email templates
  • multiple questionnaires
  • different reference requirements by role or candidate type
  • teams
  • background checks such as Police Checks and Right to Work Checks.

That’s a wrap for this month!
We will be back next month with the latest updates and improvements.
